ACCEPTANCE
To be accepted on the Encore International Music Course, we will need:
1. Your completed application form – please follow the step-by-step application form below.
2. A short video of around to 3-5 minutes of your playing. This can be taken from a concert or an informal recording at home and will help us to decide your suitability for our course and, if accepted, to allocate you to a chamber music group. Please attach your video file when filling out the application form.
3. Copy of your passport, showing birth details and photograph
Please read carefully before you begin the form:
As you work through the form and select options and course details – you will see a final total which show the costs of the options selected. We won’t ask you to pay that now – instead, when you have completed the form, press the submit button and the details will be sent to us.
We will then check your application and if you are successful, we will contact you to arrange payment by bank transfer. When you are accepted onto the course you pay a deposit of £600 (this includes non-refundable administration fee of £75 in case of cancellation by student or unavoidable cancellation of the course), with the balance to be received by us before 20th June 2023.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are available for returning students, or siblings

5% off the basic fee for returning students who pay the deposit of £600 by 1st February 2024 and full balance by 20th June 2024.

3% off the basis fee for the returning students who pay the deposit of £600.00 by 1st of April 2024 and full balance 20th June 2024.

£50 reduction from the basic fee for each sibling
The number of places on the Encore Summer School are limited and your place is not secured until your fees are paid in full.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Cost of flights, visas or any other travel documents required for entry into the UK.

Additional transfers to/from other airports of arrival/departure other than those agreed upon at the time of booking.

Travel or Personal insurance.

Pocket money or incidental personal expenses.

Expenses arising from the need for medical treatment.

Musical instrument insurance.
Encore Music Projects reserves the right to change any member of the teaching faculty, due to their unavailability, with teachers of equal stature and status.
