TOM WORLEY
PIANO / CHOIRMASTER / MUSIC THEORY
Tom is a silver medalist from Trinity College of Music, London. He studied in
Southern Methodist University in the USA from 2002 – 2004 where he gained his
Mmus in piano performance. Since moving back to the UK he began a portfolio career
as a conductor, pianist, teacher, arranger and general music consultant where he has
worked with many artists nationally and internationally. He has given masterclasses in
the UK, Spain and China to great acclaim.
Tom has worked in Higher Education since 2010 where he was course leader for the MA and Head of
Music at Bath Spa University from 2019 - 2022.
Currently Tom is working on developing strategies for improving access to classical music for all is at the heart of his ethos. Tom now works freelance in Leadership, learning and creative development in music for people and organizations, including the role as Artistic Development Director for the charity Voices for Life and with CRD records as a consultant for developing technologies in the classical music market. Tom lives in Bath with his wife and two children and enjoys the community and the stunning sights of the surrounding area.
