To be accepted onto the 14th Encore Music Projects International Summer School, we will need:

Your completed application form.
A short video, around 3–5 minutes, of your playing — taken from a concert or an informal recording at home. This helps us judge your suitability for the course. It doesn't have to come with your application — you can send it later by email, or another way we arrange with you — but we need it before we can offer you a place.
A copy of your passport, showing your birth details and photograph.

As you work through the application form and select course options and extras, you'll see a running estimate of the costs of what you've selected. We won't ask you to pay that now — instead, once you submit the form, the details are sent to us directly.

We'll then check your application, and if you're successful, we'll contact you to arrange payment by bank transfer. When you're accepted onto the course you pay a deposit of £600 (this includes a non-refundable administration fee of £75 in case of cancellation by the student, or unavoidable cancellation of the course), with the full balance due by 6 June 2027.

Discounts

Available for new and returning students, or siblings attending together.

10% off the basic fee for returning students who complete their application by 1 February 2027 and pay the full balance by 6 June 2027.
5% off the basic fee for returning students who complete their application by 1 April 2027 and pay the full balance by 6 June 2027.
5% off the basic fee for students joining Encore for the first time who complete their application by 1 January 2027.
£50 off the basic fee for each sibling attending.

Places on the course are limited, and a place is not secured until fees are paid in full.

Fees don't cover

Cost of flights, visas or any other travel documents required for entry into the UK
Additional transfers to or from airports other than those agreed at the time of booking
Travel or personal insurance
Pocket money or incidental personal expenses
Expenses arising from the need for medical treatment
Musical instrument insurance

Encore Music Projects reserves the right to change any member of the teaching faculty due to their unavailability, substituting teachers of equal stature and status.
