Main Timetable Schedule

  • 12 July

    Arrival Day

    Students settle in, meet staff, receive timetables, welcome introduction meeting in the evening.

  • 13–16 July

    Lesson Days

    Individual lessons, chamber music, practice sessions, activities, and evening concerts.

  • 17 July

    Day Off & Trip Out

    A full day of rest with an organised excursion for all students.

  • 18–21 July

    Lesson Days

    Continuation of lessons, ensembles, masterclasses, and daily musical activities.

  • 22 July

    Rehearsal Day & Evening Conductors/Composers Concert

    Full day rehearsals for all groups, followed by a special evening concert.

  • 23 July

    Gala Concert

    Encore’s major performance event featuring all students.

  • 24 July

    Departure

    Students check-out and travel home.
