Before you start

Have these ready:

  • A link to a short video, 3–5 minutes, of the student playing; this can be a concert recording or an informal one at home. If you do not have this now, it can be provided at a later time.
  • The parent or guardian's contact details.
  • The student's passport. This will need to be emailed separately to info@encoremusicprojects.com once requested.

Passport: we'll ask for a copy showing the photo and birth details page once we've received your application. Please send it to info@encoremusicprojects.com, with the student's name in the subject line, when requested.

For overseas students, we recommend flying into Bristol Airport, around 30 minutes by taxi from Wells. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss transfer options to and from other airports.

For students who have attended a previous course, completed their application by 1 February 2027 and paid the full balance by 6 June 2027.
